One of the main characters of The Journal who makes the meanest latte art in town for sure! Read the exclusive interview with her here, where she'll be answering your questions!

>> INTERVIEW: "Well I really used to enjoy silence actually. Is that weird? It probably is considering I live in a city like Chicago. Don't get me wrong, I adore that place, but there's something quite unique about silence. It's like you can feel the absence of something and truly apreciate it, you know?

Maybe that's why I love living in the city because of the contradictions; you have the noises from cars, chatting in the streets, rumble of the espresso machine - then you go home and sometimes in the middle of the night there'll finally be totally quiet. Maybe just for a moment or two before another car passes by down on the street, but there'll actually be quiet for a little while and it'll feel absolutely amazing because you've been listening to sounds all day.

Anyway that has changed now; you see Harry - my boyfriend - once played this song for me called 'Lazy Love' by Angela Ricci. It's not that she's not a great singer - she really is - but I think my favorite sound is actually when Harry hums that song. You know he'll be reading or something while I'll be laying up against his chest doing course work or whatever and slowly the raspy melody will start floating through the room coming from him. I'm not even sure he notices really; he doesn't even know the words besides the chorus but it still sounds absolutely enchanting. I think that would be my favorite sound. Yeah, he's really lovely when he does that.

The soft smile forming on her lips is traced with memories as she looks briefly down at her hands which are holding onto the appron; her cheeks flush the slighest. An almost unnoticed sigh of happiness leaves her lips and she looks back up beaming, "sorry, did you have more questions?"

Make sure the milk is the perfect temperature (Jenny totally messed that part up her first couple of tries!) You wanna add your espresso shot first, then the milk.

Once the cup is half-full you shake the pitcher gently back and forth while you move downwards. The flower pattern will start to form. Finish it up by swinging the last milk up through your pattern and voila!

THE MOST AWKWARD EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

>> "Okay let me see. There was this time a few weeks ago actually; I was staying at Harry's. Louis and Jenny had kinda convinced us into taking vodka shots with them (remind me never to do that again - I can still feel the headache seriously). Anyway I woke in the middle of the night because I was just dying of warmth and needed some water. So I get Harry untangled from me and I think I was basically sleepwalking or something because I started to get dressed - but remembered that of course I didn't need that since I was going back to sleep afterwards.

So in my bra and panties half asleep not thinking clearly; I make my way as quietly as I can towards the kitchen with eyes barely open and just yawning every second. All I really wanted was just to get the damn glass of water and get back to bed. I didn't turn on the light because it's always bright like hell when you've just woken.

Anyway I was leaning in filling up the glass I had found and the lights suddenly flicker on basically blinding me at first. My cheeks already flushed because - hey I'm standing there half naked - I realize who's turnt on the lights.

In the doorway stands Louis wearing just about well absolutely fucking nothing. Oh god it was so embarrassing! He was just kind of yawning; he hadn't seen me yet; I'm standing there with my glass and is frozen in my movement while I stare at him in complete surprise and panic. That's when he finally notices me and I swear; it honestly looked like he had an electric shock or something; he jumped up and almost ran into the door to get back into... well Jenny's room. Oh my god I'm still kind of hoping it never happened and was a - okay nightmare might be overkill, but you know. Oh god. Louis if you read this - let's never talk about it, yeah?"

>> "Yeah, yeah okay maybe I have a slight obsession with my bed, but who wouldn't love it? Besides I think Harry is starting to have similar obsessive feelings for it; so it's not just me, hah x"

MY FAMILY

>> "My mum is the best. She's all into Buddhism and Eastern spiritual things like yoga and you know treasure the nature, stuff like that. She still lives in my childhood home here in Illinois it's about one hour away from the city, so I get to go visit her in the holidays.

I think what I love most about that place is garden; it's like a wild place where there's absolutely no control over the flowers or things that grow there. My dad used to take care of that, but he's far gone - and my mum always talks about getting it done, but doesn't get around to it obviously.

Anyway she actually managed to influence me with her interest, so I take yoga classes whenever I have the time and I've really tried reading some of the books she's given me - but there's always something else to do like work at the cafe or assignments. Maybe I'll get around to it in the

holidays, but I don't know; my mum's a little crazy, who isn't?

Someone once called her a hippie in an argument in the supermarket I remember; she picked up an apple and threw it into the back of the guy's head. I still remember how we started laughing and fleed the place as speedily as we could, while he yelled and was absolutely furious!

Of course she's crazy curious about Harry and begs me to bring him for a visit, but things have been so chaotic these weeks. Maybe he wants to come for Christmas? I'll have to remember to ask him...  to be honest he's just as excited to meet my mum! When I ask how come he just starts talking about 'learning more about where I have my habits from' and 'my mum must be amazing to raise someone like me'. He's so crazy too.

FAVORITE MUSIC

>> I'm hearing so much new music these days! Of course I was being introduced to Little Nothings by Niall, but being friends with Louis, Harry, Ed, and Alex who are all musicians definitely turned out to be quite the musical adventure as well! They always have a million tunes they want me to hear - and Jenny with all her 'oldies' from the 80's and 70's. You can listen to my favorite in the video bellow! And here you can listen to soundtracks made by readers of The Journal.
